js_photo_72CONTENT EDITOR
Jason Slatton :: jasonsla@uab.edu

Jason is one of our great American poets, which means he creates art for free and has to work other jobs to pay the rent. In addition to his invaluable effort in making Some New Trend readable, Jason teaches young writers at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Virginia College. He does his best work from a booth at Al’s, the 24-hour joint near UAB.
